Construction of Employment Guidance System for University Students

大学生就业形势日益严峻,原有的就业指导服务体系已经不能满足现实需要,构建一种新型学生就业指导服务体系迫在眉睫。这种新型的服务体系应该以实现就业指导队伍职业化、专业化和专家化为软件建设目标,以落实就业指导的硬件设施和经费为硬件建设目标,突显服务、管理、教育和研究四大职能。

With the employment situation for university and college students being increasingly severe, the original guidance system can not meet the practical needs, so the construction of a new employment guidance system is imminent. The software construction of this new service system should aim at establishing an occupational, professional and expert guidance team while the hardware should focus on providing fund for the hardware construction of the guidance system, highlighting its four functions： service, management, education and research.
