摘要
新一轮课程改革对教师的专业发展提出了新的要求。余姚中学在组织教师培训过程中,创建乐于研究和实践的“校本文化,”做到校本教研的制度化和规范化,实施面向全体教师的“教师培养系列工程,”健全了“研训一体化”的校本研训机制,从而探索出一条既加速全体教师专业成长,又能促进学校逐步形成具有特色鲜明的校本研修机制。
The current teaching reform has raised new requirements for teachers' professional development. Yuyao High School has made some breakthroughs in its research into the development of school-based culture and in standardizing and systematizing school-based research and training. It has implemented a series of faculty-oriented teacher training programs in order to perfect the school-based system of integrating research and training, thus making it possible for the faculty to grow rapidly and eventually forming its own characteristics.
