摘要
新课程教学要切实落实“以人为本”、“与时俱进”的教学理念。初中英语分层教学与分类辅导的教学策略可以从分层方法、分层教学、分类辅导等三个环节实施。
In carrying out the New Curricula, we teachers should form the teaching concept of ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂advance with passing time＂.Junior English teaching efficiency can be increased by way of teaching in different levels and classified coaching.
