温州制造业集群物质要素制约分析及其对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures on Restrictions of Material Elements of Wenzhou Manufacturing Industry Groups

温州经济是一种较为典型的集群经济。目前,温州制造业集群的物质要素瓶颈已全面显现,土地、能源、原材料的紧缺和价格上涨严重挤压着集群的利润空间。温州应该积极推进产业结构调整,大力发展循环经济和智力经济,降低对物质要素的依赖程度,并充分利用民资优势建立较为稳定的资源供给基地、利用新能源和可再生能源。

Economics of Wenzhou is a kind of typical group one. At present, the bottlenecks of material elements of Wenzhou manufacturing industry groups are existing in all dimension. Lack of land, energy sources, raw materials and price-rising seriously squeeze the profit margin. It is suggested that Wenzhou should actively carry forward the adjustment of the industry structure and devote major efforts to developing the cyclic and intellectual economics. It should less depend on the material elements and utilize new and regenerative energy resources. It should make full use of nongovernmental resource superiority to set up relatively stable resource-supply bases.
