A Research on the Social Credit Governance of the Financial Environment in Improving the Imperfect Information

通过对信息不对称下金融企业面临的风险的阐述,从治理社会信用的角度就防范化解金融风险给出了完善社会信用立法、规范政府行为、加强信用执法和监督力度等相关建议和对策。

This paper introduces the risks the financial industry confront concerning the imperfect information. Focusing on the governance of the financial environment and how to avoid and resolve the financial risks, this thesis offers an answer to the improvement of the legislation of the social credit, the criterion of the government administration as well as the enhancement of law implementation and supervision.
