With the deepening and the further development of the higher education reform, the working out theory of single courses have been receiving more and more attention, which is of realistic importance for the analysis of the factors which affect the working-out of the courses. The factors include both internal factors and external factors, the former including higher education thoughts, the subjective activity in working out of the courses and the students' learning manners while the latter including the operation ideas of the higher education, the university subcultures, the material conditions offered by the universities for the working out of courses and the cultural environment of the universities.
