基于信息熵的蛋白质二级结构预测算法的准确性研究

摘要 蛋白质二级结构的预测可以采用建立数学模型,利用计算机来预测问题的解,然后再通过生物学实验来验证,这样可以节约大量的时间和精力,但是数学模型的预测效果如何,相当关键,文章提出基于信息熵的蛋白质二级结构预测算法的准确性评价方法,与现有方法相比,这种方法更全面,不仅能确定阳性率,假阴性率,还能确定预测值与实际值之间的不确定性的减少量。 It is important that assessing of the accuracy of prediction algorithms in protein secondary structure,so this paper offered a better method which is based on information entropy.This method included all factors of the discussed protein secondary structure,its effect was more prior than other method's.
