摘要 观察测定了不同MA处理的油桃果实在模拟简易货架条件下外观质量和内在品质指标。结果表明,供试的3个果蜡品种在采后14 d以内能较好地保持果实的外观商品质量和内在品质,有效地抑制果实腐烂,保鲜期比对照延后11 d左右,但相互之间无明显差异;PE膜包装能在采后11 d内较好地保持果实的外观商品质量和内在品质,保鲜期较对照延后7 d左右,其保水性能优于果蜡,但易引起果实腐烂。 Observing the appearance and testing the index about quality of nectarine fruit treated with different MA, on a simple shelf, the result indicats that 3 types of MA can keep the appearance and quality of nectarine fruit well during 14 days after picking and suppress the fruit to be rotten effectively. The time to keep fruit fresh is longer than CK by about 11 days, but there is no distinctive difference among 3 types of MA. PE membrane can keep the appearance and quality of nectarine fruit well during 11 days after picking and the time to keep fruit fresh is longer than CK by about 7 days. PE membrane is better than MA on water-retaining, but fails to suppress the fruit to be rotten.
