The Experience and Model of the Conservation and Reuse of Industrial Heritage Home and Abroad

近年来,关于工业遗产的保护与再利用问题,得到国内越来越多专家与学者的关注,工业遗产的转型、功能的提升直接关系到区域的发展方向。上海市杨浦区滨江带工业区是我国近代工业文明的发祥地,近期也是面临转型与改造的关键时期,从国内外理论研究与实践经验出发,探讨适合杨浦区区情的工业遗产保护与再利用模式,以期实现工业遗产的可持续发展,提升杨浦城市功能。

In recent years, more and more scholars and experts are paying attentions to conservation and reuse of industria heritage. The transformation of the old industry and the improvement of district function are very important to the development of the city area. The waterfront of Yangpu was the cradle of Neo-industry, Recently this area is facing the transformation and reconstruction. This paper concludes the experience from the theory and practice both home and abroad, also fixes the proper method to the conservation and reuse of industrial heritage in Yangpu. It＇s expected to be of the benefit of the sustainable development of industrial heritage and the improvement of city function of Yangpu
