摘要
通过在不同高温时间下对仙客来幼苗的处理,当仙客来幼苗处于40℃高温下5 h,地上部生长良好,冠幅、叶片数、株高均达到最大值,须根数最多.处于35℃时,球茎直径达最大值,其他各项形态指标与对照差异不显著.处于40℃时,仙客来幼苗受损极为严重,除球茎直径外各项指标与对照均达极显著差异.证明仙客来幼苗具有较强的耐热性,可忍耐30℃不良高温环境,但在更高温度胁迫下其生长受到抑制.仙客来随着温度的增高,其生长速度呈慢-快-慢趋势变化.
The effects of temperature on morphological indexes of cyclamen (Cyclamen persicum) stocks were studied. When exposed to 30 ℃, the growth of crown breadth, the number of leaves and the height of plants all reached their maximum value, and the number of rootlets was also the most. When exposed to 35 ℃, the diameter of tuber reached the maximum level, while the other morphological indexes did not differ significantly from those of the controlled plants. Cyclamen plants exposed to 40 ℃ were damaged severely, and all the indexes except the diameter of tuber had significant differences compared with those of the controlled ones. The results indicated that cyclamen plants could tolerate high temperature and grow well at 30 ℃. However, if temperature was higher than 30 ℃, the growth of cyclamen plant was restrained. The growth speed of cyclamen was changed with a trend of low-high-low rate as the tempera-ture increased.
