小波包分析在电机转子断条故障信号处理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对笼型异步电动机转子断条故障信号的处理,采用基于小波包分析的转子断条故障信号处理方法进行故障检测.该方法突出特点在于多分辨率多尺度分析故障特征信号,能够准确识别故障特征信号.结果表明:根据电动机定子电流信号的小波包分解系数能够有效地检测转子断条故障信号. In allusion to disposing of the broken bars fault signal of asynchronous motor, this paper adoptes a way to disposing of the broken bars fault signal with wavelet packet analysis. The method' s prominent advantage rests with multi - resolution and multi - measure, and it can detect fault signal exactly. It is proved that it is feasible to accomplish the mission by means of wavelet packet decomposition coefficient of the stator current signal, and the way has the value of practical application.
