摘要
针对胸水癌细胞显微图像人工检测工作量大,且过分依赖经验的状况,将图像处理技术用于癌细胞的检测分析中.在计算图像最佳阈值的基础上,应用模糊边缘检测法得到细胞的边缘,进而根据形态学知识对胸水癌细胞的形态特征进行描述.实验结果表明,通过将胸水癌细胞显微图像中诸如核质比、核分裂、核形状等特征提取出来作为诊断的依据,可提高诊断精确度和效率.
The traditional artificial method of cancer cell recognizing requests a long period of diagnoses. In order to improve the efficiency and veracity of the diagnoses, this article applies technology of image processing to the analysis and recognition of cancer cell image, using the fuzzy edge extraction, which is based on the OTSU threshold to process the original image of the cancer cells in pleural fluid, and then extracts the feature of the cancer cells according to the morphology automatically. The experiment shows that the features such as the area rate of karyon and cytoplasm, the karyon division ,the shape of karyon and so on will provide evidences for diagnoses and improve the efficiency and veracity of diagnoses.
