The design and realization methods of a density Phase Transport monitoring and control system is given, which is based on configuration software WinCC .S5 PLC and Siemens S5 Serial 3964R communication protocol. The result indicates that the finished system has advanced technology, stable running, simple HMI, high performance with low cost and is easy to expand.
