摘要
通过分析旁路系统的功能、运行工况,给出适合我国大型单元机组汽轮机旁路系统的控制方式.此方式实现了在运行不同阶段进行自动控制.并给出定值形成、参数整定、保护和闭锁逻辑的设计,使旁路控制系统能够实现机组启、停时协调锅炉出口和汽轮机进口的蒸汽参数等功能.
Through the analysis of the function of turbine bypass system and running condition, we design this controlling method which is automatic control in different stage and it is suitable to work on the large turbine power unit in China. This article gives the design for fixed value forming, parameter adjusting, protect and blocked mode operation logic; adjusting the steam parameter of boiler exit and turbine entry when the power units start or stop; protect mgreheater and condensation heat transfer when the power units start or stop; extra steam reclaim.
