摘要
基于图像检测技术的钢球表面缺陷检测仪,阐述了设计思想,给出了整个检测平台的设计构造.并针对检测过程中高实时性和控制精确度的要求,设计了以DSP为核心的控制系统硬件电路,实现了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ在DSP芯片上的移植,解决了传统控制系统结构复杂、实时性差等问题.实验结果表明,此控制系统能满足高速实时图像处理的要求.
The detecting instrument for steel ball surface defect based on image detection technique, and is applied to detecting external bug area of steel ball in bearing. This paper puts forward the design consideration of detecting instrument and whole system structure. Aimed at the need of excellent real - time character and high control accuracy in detecting process, we designed the hardware circuit of detecting platform which adopted DSP as main processor, and realized the transplant of μC/OS-Ⅱon DSP. It solved problems about intricate structure and bad real- time character existed in traditional control module. Experimental results indicated that this control system satisfied excellently the requirement of high speed and real - time image detection.
