摘要
本设计是在PCB功能测试系统研发过程中提出,是PCB功能测试系统的重要组成部分.该课题采用虚拟仪器设计思想,应用USB2.0总线技术,以Cypress公司生产的CY7C68013为主控芯片,以THS1206和TLC5618作为AD和DA转换控制芯片,设计完成了一个具有四通道的数据采集和两通道波形发生功能的数据采集和波形发生器,数据采集器的分辨率为12位,最高转换速度为6Msps,设备和计算机间的数据传输速度最高可达10MB/s,波形发生器的转换精度为12位,转换速度最高可达400ksps.
The design is a part of the functional test system of PCB. It applies the thought of virtual instrument and technology of USB2. 0 and uses the processor, CY7C68013 ,which is made from cypress company, as the master controller. THS1206 and TLC5618 are used separately as ADC and DAC. This design can acquire data through 4 channels and generate waveforms through 2 channels. The data acquisition is of 12 bit resolution and 6Msps conversion rate. The highest data transmission speed between the device and computer is 10MB/s. The waveform generator is of 12 bit resolution and can get 400ksps conversion rate.
