点结构光精密位移传感器的仿真研究 被引量:3

A Simulation Study of Precise Displacement Sensor Based on Dot Structured Light

摘要 针对目前位移传感器的精度难以满足需要的问题,采用3dsmax和MATLAB软件对点结构光位移传感器测量系统进行了计算机仿真研究.首先依据三角测量法建立系统的数学模型,然后利用3dsmax进行模拟仿真.最后采用了改进的亚像素光斑中心定位的方法准确求解光斑中心,计算出精确位移.大量实验结果表明,光斑中心定位达到了亚像素级,相对误差的最大值小于0.05%,满足了使用要求. Precision of displacement sensor can not satisfy application requirement in some application field required high precision. For this problem this paper applies 3dsmax and MATLAB to computer simulation study of dot structured light displacement measuring system. First we construct system mathematical model according to trigo- nometry, then use 3dsmax to simulate condition of measurement and constitutors of sensor, including laser projec- tor, camera and measured objects, Last use improved sub - pixel spot center localization method to precisely localize spot center of spot images got during simulation and calculate precisely displacement of measured object by MATLAB. A great deal of experiment results indicate, the precision of spot center localization can reach sub - pixel, and maximum relative error is less than 0. 05% , which can satisfy application requirement
