Zr掺杂的介孔氧化硅分子筛的合成与表征

摘要 在温和碱性条件下合成了Zr掺杂的介孔分子筛Zr-MCM-41,利用TG、XRD、FTIR等对其进行表征.实验结果发现:随着Zr含量的增加,分子筛特征衍射峰强度有减弱的趋势,Zr的引入降低了介孔结构的长程有序性;在1000℃时,介孔孔道没有坍塌,Zr的引入提高了分子筛的热稳定性;红外光谱中968cm^(-1)处振动峰强度的变化,表明Zr离子进入了Si-O骨架. Zirconium- doped Zr- MCM- 41 molecular sieves were synthesized under mildly basic condition. The characterization of Zr- MCM -41 was investigated by TG, XRD and FTIR techniques. It was revealed that peaks intensity of molecular sieves had a tendency to weak and the long - distance structure of them decreased with addition of zirconium icons. At the annealing temperature of 1 000℃, the mesoporous structure of molecular sieves did not collapsed and thermal stability of them was improved with the doping of Zr icons. According to FTIR char- acterization results, the intensity change of the 968cm^-1 peaks was assigned to zirconium replaced in the Si -O framework.
