摘要
45号钢盘条在拉丝过程中发生断裂,运用扫描电镜及能谱仪、金相显微镜等分析手段,对其断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,原材料中存在的夹杂物、晶粒粗大及混晶等冶金质量缺陷是盘条在拉拔过程中发生断裂的主要原因。
The fracture of 45 steel rods during drawing was analysed by using SEM, EDS and metallography. The results showed that the metallurgical defects such as inclusions, coarse crystal grains and asymmetry of the grain size were the main reason resulting in fracture of the steel rods during drawing.
