摘要
[目的]探索行为强化训练对慢性精神分裂症病人的康复作用。[方法]在原治疗不变的基础上对慢性精神分裂症病人实施行为强化训练，并进行训练前后PANSS量表评分比较。[结果]行为强化训练后PANSS量表中阳性症状、一般症状的评分及总分均较训练前明显降低。[结论]行为强化训练对慢性精神分裂症病人有积极作用。
Objective： To probe into the rehabilitative effect of strengthened behavioral training on chronic schizophrenia patients. Methods： Based on the primary treatment, strengthened behavioral training was carried out for chronic schizophrenia patients, and positive and negative scale scoring （PANSS） of patients before and after training was compared. Results： Both the score of positive symptoms, common symptoms score, and total scores in PANSS after strengthened behavioral training were much lower than that of before training. Conclusion： Strengthened behavioral training has positive effect on chronic schizophrenia patients.
