从分布式网络管理的发展现状出发,阐述了基于委任的分布式网络管理的原理及其分布式战术互联网中的应用,最后给出了基于委任的分布式网络管理设计方案并结合RFC2592中对基于委任的网络管理的设计思想,实现了分布式网络管理。

This paper begins with a description of the current status of distributed network management, then expounds the principles of commission - based distributed network management and it＇s application in a certain division＇s distributed tactics internet, and finally presents the design scheme of commission - based distributed network management referring to the design idea in RFC2592.
