摘要
熔体破裂(MF)是挤出成型的一种不稳定流动。本文分析了MF的过程,介绍了“因聚合物熔体与机头定型段的粘附破坏而导致的滑移是MF的主要原因”的MF机理,着重评述了几种消除MF的方法,包括采用各种加工助剂、机头定型段选用合适的结构材料及加热机头模唇等。
Melt fracture (MF) is a kind of instable flow in extrusion. In this paper, we analyse the course of MF and its mechanism by which the slip due to breakdown of adhesion in the die land is the primary cause of MF. We mainly review several methods to eliminate MF, including the using of various processing aids, choosing proper materials of construction for the die land and heating die-lip, etc.
