护理本科生毕业论文存在的问题及对策

Problems existed in graduation theses of college nursing students and its strategies

[目的]了解护理本科生毕业论文存在的问题，为促进护理教学及毕业论文的指导工作提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法，对南京中医药大学2002级98名应届本科生进行毕业论文方面的调查。[结果]62．2％学生认为选题最为困难，83．6％的学生自己选题；论文初步写好后，提供过修改意见的71．496是临床老师；94．9％的学生写的是综述。[结论]护理教学应不断改进，同时学校及实习医院应提供相关支持。

Objective： To know about problems existed in graduation theses of college nursing students and to provide some bases for promoting nursing teaching and instruction on graduation theses. Methods： A total of 98 graduates of grade 2002 from Nanjing TCM university were investigated on their graduation theses by filling out questionnaire. Results： 62.2% of graduates thought that the most difficult was to select topic. 83.6 % of graduates selected topic themselves. After finishing thesis, 71.4% of clinical teachers had provided some proposals for modification. And 94.9 % of graduates wrote review articles as their theses. Conclusion： Nursing teaching should be improved continuously and meanwhile universities and practice hospitals should provide corresponding supports.
