针对国内已形成的有关我国数控机床产业落后原因的一些看法,提出了不同的观点,认为数控机床的竞争力不仅取决于技术和质量,更取决于经营管理和营销能力,因此必须在注重产品的技术和质量的同时,更应重视技术和质量以外的因素.经济体制,组织结构的调整也不是万能的,最终是要在企业内外真正实行科学管理.从而为数控机床行业走出困境提供了新的思路.

Directing to some existed views on the backwardness of our NC machine tool estate, this paper puts forth some different viewpoints considesing that the competitive ability of NC machine tool not only depends on technology and guality but also depends on operating management and selling ability, Therefore it is necessary to attach great importance of factors beside technology and guality when technology and quality of product are stressed on. Regulation of ecconomic system and organization structure is also not all-powerful. It is eventually to realize really scientific management inside and outside enterprise so as to provide a new thinking for NC machine tool industry to extricate from straits.
