摘要 介绍了数字参考咨询服务(DRS)的范畴、模式和特点以及DRS价值产生的条件,探讨了DRS价值的实现。 This paper introduces the category, mode and features of DRS and the conditions on which the DRS value is produced, and analyzes on the realization of DRS value.
