Discussion on the Talent Shortage in New Countryside Construction

针对新农村建设中人才缺乏、人才流出呈现多元化、人才流入量小等特点,提出了加快实施新农村建设人才战略等措施。

In the light of the features of the new countryside construction such as the talent shortage, diversification of brain drain and small inflow of talents, this paper advances some measures for speeding up the implementation of the talent strategy in the construction of new countryside.
