摘要
根据链条铰链磨损机理,提出对链条快速磨损试验机的设计要求.在满足十一个约束条件的情况下.对从动杆近似作等速运动的链轮驱动机构进行了三维变量的优化设计、由于建立的优化数学模型较贴切地描述了工程实际问题、并采用了简便实用的算法,使参数优化搜寻在微机得以实施并迅速收效.
According to the chain hinge wear mechanism,this paper advances the design requirements of the high speed wear testing machine of chain. On condition of meeting eleven binding terms, optimum design of the driving machine of chain gear which the follower lever moves at the same speed is done in the form of three-di-mention. As the optimization mathematical model can appropriately describe the practical engineering problems and easy and useful algorithm is chosen.the parameter optimization search is put into effect and rapidly converged through the micro-computer.
