摘要 本文阐述了稀土元素对高强度耐磨黄铜(Cu-29Zn-3Al-1Si-1Fe)的组织和性能的影响.作者研究结果表明,微量稀土元素加入会显著细化基体的组织,但过量的稀土会导致在显微组织中形成针状稀土相颗粒,随着合金中稀土含量的增加,合金的强度升高.但当稀土含量超过0.1%时,由于针状稀土相的形成,反而使合金的力学性能下降. This effect of Rare Earth(RE) additions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength and wear resistant brass of Cu-29Zn-3AI-1Si-1Fe has been investigated. The results indicate that adding of RE causes significant microstructure refinement of the matrix, but needle-shaped RE-rich particles form in the microstructure if the RE concentration is too high. The tensile strength of the brass increases with the increase of RE concentration, however, it drops sharply when the RE addition is more than 0. 1 % because of the formation of needle-shaped RE-rich particles.
