摘要
为开发大型、超大型履带式推土机用橡胶减振器,经分析该机械的振动特征,建立了减振模型,探索出N弹性约束层组合结构参数和动态优化设计的方法.对开发出的橡胶减振器产品进行了系列试验.掌握了一整套开发此类新产品的理论研究、设计及试验方法.
To develop rubber damper for caterpillar type bulldozer of large and super-large size, the vibration damping model is established through analysing the vibration chasacteristics of this machine. Parameters of the combined structure of N-elastic constrained layer and method of dynamic optimnm design are investigated. Serial tests of the developed rubber damper are performed. Theoretical research. design and method of test for this beind new product are mastered.
