摘要
概述了图书馆网上参考咨询服务工作的特点,分析了我国开展网上参考咨询服务工作存在的问题,提出了做好网上参考咨询服务工作的建议。
This paper describes the features of reference service on the Web in libraries, analyzes the problems involved in the reference service in China, and proposes some suggestions for the reference service.
