摘要
针对大功率柴油机电控的控制要求,进行了电液供油提前器控制研究。提出了控制总体方案和局部闭环控制策略,介绍了控制硬件组成、软件控制以及采集方法,分析了电液供油提前器的控制模型和控制算法;实验结果表明电液供油提前器系统能满足柴油机的运行要求。
To meet the electronic control demand of high-power diesel engine, research on the control for electro-hydraulic injection timing actuator is conducted. The overall scheme and local closed-loop control strategy for injection timing angle are presented. The buildup of controlling hardware, software control and acquisition algorithm are introduced. A control model and algorithm is analyzed. The test result shows that this system can meet operational demand of diesel engine.
