履带车辆专用磁流变液制备及稳定性研究

Study on Preparation and Stability of Special Magnetorheological Fluid for Tracked Vehicles

摘要 分析了磁流变液稳定性的影响因素,并进行了履带车辆专用磁流变液的制备。通过添加分散剂和表面活性剂,改善了磁流变液的悬浮稳定性及再分散性。在大量实验的基础上,配制出4种悬浮稳定性及再分散性较好的磁流变液。实验表明,硬脂酸能大幅提高磁流变液的稳定性,聚丙烯酰胺对提高磁流变液的流动性和再分散性作用明显。 In this paper, the influential factors on stability of Magnetorheological Fluid (MRF) are analyzed, and a special MRF for tracked vehicle is prepared. The suspension stability and re-disperse capability of MRF are improved by adding some dispersants and surfactants. Based on a great deal of experiments, four kinds of MRF with preferable suspension stability and re-disperse capability are prepared. Experiment results indicated that the stearic acid can improve the stability of MRF effectively and the polyacrylamide can increase the fluidness and re-disperse capability of MRF evidently.
