摘要
根据知识管理的内涵,探讨了医院图书馆知识管理的对象、核心,论述了在知识经济时代,医院图书馆隐性知识管理的具体做法。
According to the connotation of knowledge management and hospital library knowledge management, this paper probes into the targets and cores of the knowledge management of hospital libraries, and discusses the concrete methods of the tacit knowledge management in the knowledge economy times.
