摘要
着重分析了创新的规律、科技创新评价与科技查新的关系,并结合查新面临的问题和挑战,提出查新应该遵循创新的发展规律及未来的方向,为科技创新做好服务。
This paper mainly analyzes the rule of innovation, and the relation between scientific innovation evaluation and scientific literature evaluation, proposes that the scientific literature evaluation should follow the rule and direction of innovation development so as to provide better service for the scientific innovation based on the problems and challenges envisaged in the scientific literature evaluation.
