摘要
讨论了高速、高精度频率采样的基本原理;分析了量化噪声对测量误差的影响;提出了采样器建立和保持时间对测量误差影响的问题;导出了考虑采样器建立和保持时间后时间量化误差的概率密度函数,为量化误差的校正奠定了理论基础。
In this paper, the principle of high speed and high precision frequency sampling is presented. The question of the quantization error with the effect of the set-up and hold time is proposed and analyzed in detail. It is the first time that the probability density function of the time quantization error with the effect is derived. The work of this paper gives the theoretical foundation for the revision of the quantization error.
