摘要
从信号处理的角度,改进了托克斯背向散射光曲线解调反斯托克斯背向散射光温度曲线,消除了系统背景噪声,抑制了温漂噪声积累、瑞利背向散射光子窜扰斯托克斯和反斯托克斯背向散射光子,提高了系统的灵敏度、测温精度和稳定性,且降低了系统成本。实验表明改进了的温度解调方法使温度误差在±0.1℃内。
For the sake of the restraint of system background noise, the temperature excursion accumulation, and the anti-Stokes back-scattering intermingled with the Rayleigh back-scattering, an improved demodulation method of Raman temperature sensor is proposed on the basis of signal processing and anti-Stokes back-scattering curves demodulated. The method improves the temperature precision and stability and sensitivity of system and reduces the cost. The measuring results show the consistency with theory and the temperature precision of ±0.1℃.
