城市循环经济系统评价是城市循环经济研究的重要问题，是综合决策中不可缺少的一部分。本文提出了城市循环经济系统评价模型，运用模糊综合评价方法对城市循环经济的实施进行了评价，并对唐山市1995～2004年循环经济的发展状况进行了综合评价。

City cycle economy system evaluation is the important problem in city cycle economy system studies, and is the indispensable part in synthesized decisions. This part proposes city cycle economy system evaluation model, uses vague and synthesized evaluation method to evaluate the implement of city cycle economy, and evaluate Tangshan＇ s cycle economy development condition in 1995- 2004.
