摘要
从2007年开始,国家在北京师范大学等六所部属师范高校试行师范专业的免费教育,此举为我国高等师范教育的发展注入了新的活力,带来了新的发展机遇,但通过对政策内容的审视,也会发现其中存在的一些问题。免费师范教育政策本身的政策理想与现实执行中的冲突值得我们反思,以更好地推动我国教师培养工作的良性发展,本文就此进行了分析,并提出了具体建议。
China has adopted free education for those major in normal education in Beijing Normal University and other five national normal universities which are administrated by the Ministry of Education. This new policy has reinvigorated higher normal education and bring normal universities with new opportunities. However, a close examination of this new policy reveals certain conflicts between policy ideals and its implementation. The article reflects upon these conflicts and puts forward some practical recommendations.
