农民专业合作社增收绩效研究——基于江苏省养鸡农户调查数据的分析

Performance for income-increasing of rural specialized cooperation artel:a case study of layers and broiler households in Jiangsu Province

利用江苏省养鸡行业的调查数据,对农民专业合作社的增收绩效进行了实证分析,研究结果表明:(1)与独立养殖相比,加入合作社的农户能获得更多的养殖收入;(2)合作社内部功能与原则的差异引起了不同合作社社员之间的增收绩效差异;(3)与独立养殖相比,农户通过合作社的“利润返还”、“饲料上门”、“苗鸡上门”和“防疫上门”等功能与服务实现了较为显著的增收绩效,其中,“利润返还”对提高增收绩效的意义最为重要。由此得到启示:利益联结是农民专业合作社发展成熟的关键,只有真正实现“利润返还”等合作社原则,加强农户与合作社的利益联结,民主管理才有意义,技术服务才有效果,合作社增收绩效才更显著。

Based on the data from chicken feeding and breeding industry in Jiangsu province, the paper launches a discussion about the performance for income-increasing of rural specialized cooperation artel. The result shows that： firstly, compared to independent operations, the peasant in specialized cooperation artel experiences more remarkable income-increasing performance, Secondly, the difference in interior function and structure between specialized cooperation artels leads to different income-increasing performance. Finally, compared to independent operations, the peasant enjoys a more remarkable income-increasing performance through cooperation artels＇ service function, such as ＂profit returned＂, ＂feeding delivery＂, ＂young chicken delivery＂, ＂disease prevention and control delivery＂, with ＂profit returned＂ as the prominent factor. The inspiration thus drawn is that benefit joint is the key to rural specialized cooperation artel development, and a foundation for the democratic management, technical service and income-increasing performance.
