Culture is the momentum for an industry which is more and more emphasized by society and in- dustries. Construction of energetic transportation culture can benefit and promote faster and better development of transportation. Channels, such as finding proper carries of culture, propagandizing and carrying through it, ab-stracting its soul, guiding with models in the industry, establishing rules and regulations conceming it and studying theories, have become more and more important for deepening transportation culture.
