针对目前招投标制度存在的不足,提出了网络招投标,分析了网络招投标的优点及可实现性,介绍了网络招投标的流程及实现网络招投标的几个重要环节,并建立了体系中的评标子系统模型,旨在推广网络招投标在建筑工程招标各个方面的应用。

According to the defects exited in current bidding system, it brings forward network bidding, analyzes the advantages and feasibility of network bidding, introduces the procedure of network bidding and several important sections in it, and establishes the evaluating sub-system mode in system, aims at spread the application of network bidding in different aspects of constructing projects.
