摘要
本文采用多步乳液聚合法合成了一类新型的聚氯乙烯抗冲击改性剂——丙烯酸酯弹性体(ACR)。用红外光谱、透射电子显微镜和动态力学分析对ACR的结构进行了表征,同时时PVC的增韧改性作用进行了较为全面的考察。实验结果表明:ACR的丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/交联剂组成比为65~70:35~30 :0.75~2.50和乳胶粒子为0.040~0.080μ时,对PVC有优良的改性效果。
A new series acrylic impact modifiers (ACR) for PVC were synthesized by multistage emulsion polymerization. Structure of copolymer were characterized using IR, TEM, and DMA. The modification of tougheness of ACR for PVC were observed furtherly. Experimental results indicate that ACR (butyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate-crosslinker = 65-70:35-30:0.75-3.50) of 0.040-0.080μ emulsion particle for PVC gives excellent modification efficiency.
