摘要 全面深化事业单位人事制度改革,打破旧的进人机制,实行公开招聘是创新事业单位人才引进的必由之路。通过规范招聘程序,科学设置考试科目,科学规范面试方式,完善公开招聘办法,妥善解决工作面临的一些问题,促进公开招聘工作取得良性发展,为各级用人单位选拔优秀人才。 The paper discusses the way for innovative public institutions to introduce talents by the open recruitment by deepening the reform of public institutions' personnel system and the outmoded recruitment mechanism. Through standard recruitment procedures, the establishment of scientific exami-nation subjects, scientific and standardized interview methods and open recruitment, some of the prob-lems faced in the work can be solved effectively so that and the benign development of the open re-cruitment can be achieved and the excellent talents can be selected for , employers of all levels.
