农村劳动力转移理论研究

The Search on Theory of Rural Labor Force Migration

对刘易斯的二元经济模型、拉尼斯-费景汉模型、乔根森模型、托达罗劳动力转移等劳动力转移模型进行了评析和对比,对西方国家关于农村劳动力转移的理论模式论和实践经验进行了归纳总结,在此基础上切合我国实际的科学理论依据和实践经验,提出各种模型对我国现阶段劳动力问题的解释。

Firstly, this paper analyses and compares strongpoint and shortcoming of Lewis WA model , Fei J-Ranis G Model , Jorgenson DW model and population flows model by Todaro M P . Secondly, it analyses and comments on the theory of rural labor force migration separately . The purpose of this paper is to provide scientific theory and practical experiences for solving the problem of rural labor migration in our country so as to accelerate rural labor migration and push the course of urbanization in China.
