通过对大学生就业难导致的系列社会问题的阐述,暗示人们大学生就业难将影响和谐社会的建设,并由此剖析了目前大学生就业难产生的原因,提出了高校在解决大学生就业中,构建大学生就业指导新机制的方式方法,为高校做好大学生就业指导工作提供了依据。

Through explicating a series of social problems which resulted by hard employment of colloge students, This article indicates that the buliding of harmonious society will be influenced by it. Moreover, this article anatomizes the reasons why college students are diffficult to get jobs at present. It also introduces the new way of mechanism for for col-lege students＇ employment. This can be a good basis to guide the employment of college students.
