高校心理健康教育存在的问题及对策

Research on the problems of psychological health education in university

心理健康教育已成为高等教育,特别是高校思想政治教育的一项重要内容。在二十年的探索和实践中,高校心理健康教育有了长足的发展,但距培养高素质人才的要求还有很大的差距。本文从心理健康教育的认识、定位、心理咨询对象、师资队伍培养、教材教法、保障机制等方面分析了高校心理健康教育存在的问题,并提出了对策,希望引起高校教育工作者的重视。

Psychological health education has already become the important contents of university, especially in the polit-ical education. In the research and practice for twenty years,it has a great development, but there are still lots of dis-tance to the demand of educating high quality talents. This article analyses the problems of psychological health educa-tion in university from the acquaintance, the positioning, the people in consultation, the teacher procession, the textbook and the educating way, the undertaking regimentation, etc. The author hope it can make the teaching staff of university take it into account.
