摘要 研究了L_(c9)合金晶界的微观结构参数与应力腐蚀开裂的关系,以及晶界成分偏析。结果表明:随着时效程度的增加,晶界上 Mg向 MgZn_2 转移,粒子长大,粒子间距增加,晶界上固溶 Mg减小,晶界捕获H的能力减弱,应力腐蚀敏感性下降。 The stress corrosion cracking in L_(c9) alloy was investigated experimentallyin relation to the microstructure parameters and composition segregation of grainboundary. The results indicate that with increasing aging effect, Mgongrain boun-daries migrate to MgZn_2 with grains' growing up and spacing out. In this wayMg in solid solution on grain boundaries decreases and the ability of grainboundary to capture hydrogen is weakened,resulting in the reduction of stresscorrosion sensitivity.
