摘要
探讨加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensisL.)花序乙酸乙酯提取物中酸性成分体外及体内抗肿瘤活性.采用MTT法跟踪提取物细胞毒活性;用S180和EAC昆明小鼠模型进行提取物的体内抗肿瘤活性评价.结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花花序的酸性成分具有显著抑制多株人肿瘤细胞株生长的作用,并呈明显的量效关系.乙酸乙酯提取物中的酸性成分对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180和EAC的生长也有显著的抑制作用,并和剂量正相关,高剂量组对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180和EAC的抑制率分别为52.06%,32.90%.显示了加拿大一枝黄花具有较强的体内和体外抗肿瘤作用.
The antitumor properties in vitro and in vivo of ethyl acetate acidic extract from Solidago canadensis L. flowers were evaluated. MTT was used to identify cytotoxic activity in vitro. The in vivo antitumor activity was evaluated by the antitumor bioassay against transplanted mouse solid tumor S180 and EAC. Cytotoxicity of acidic in- gredient from ethyl acetate extract was distinct(IC50 〈50 μg·mL^-1) in vitro was assayed by four cell lines. Also, it has the strong antitumor activity against transplanted mouse solid tumor S180 and EAC in vivo, showing a positive correlation with the concentration. The inhibitory rates at the dose of 0.01 g ·kg^-1 ip against S180 and EAC were 52.06% and 32.90%, respectively. Solidago canadensis L. (tribe Astereae, family Compositae) is a promising herb which has antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo.
