经皮穿针外固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折48例疗效观察

A 48 Cases Report on the Skin Puncture External Fixation in Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur in Elder Patients

在局麻和C臂X线监视下手法复位，采用5枚斯氏针经皮穿刺体外固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆问骨折48例，手术时间平均40min．结果表明：48例术后随访3个月～5年，骨折均愈合，优良率达93．7％．该手术方式创伤小，时间短，安全可靠，患肢功能恢复快，是治疗高龄尤其身体条件差的粗隆间骨折的一种较好方法．

Under the conditions of local anesthesia and C-radioscopy, 48 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur were treated by technique reduction. The fracture port was fixed with 5 needles, and the tails of these needles were fixed with bone cement. The average time of the operations was 40 minutes. Results of survey of the 48 patients who were cured before from 3 months to 5 years show that complete bone concrescence was achieved in all patients. The excellent rate was 93.7% and also show that this method has many advantage of little wound, shorter time, and rapid recovery. It seems that it is a very good way for curing intertrochanteric fracture of the fe- mur of low health and elder patients.
