摘要
对海巴戟种子的形态和结构进行了观察研究,并从环境温度、播种基质、物理处理等方面,探讨了其种子的萌发特性及生理.试验结果表明:海巴戟种子的萌发特性与其结构特点有关;高温能显著提高其种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,且高温条件下变温更有利于种子的萌发,最适宜的发芽温度是28-35℃,28℃和33℃则是发芽的最佳变温;海巴戟种子本身存在着某种抑制萌发的特殊物质,但在土壤中这种拟制萌发的状态可被打破而诱导萌发;透气和保水性能良好的播种基质对海巴戟种子的萌发有利,以河沙加泥炭土作为播种基质的海巴戟种子,发芽率最高,达77.0%,其相应的发芽势和发芽指数也最高,分别为63.5%和12.532;温水处理对海巴戟种子的萌发具有明显的促进作用,能提高它的出苗整齐度,且其发芽率和发芽势均最高,分别达74.0%和62.5%,其相应的发芽指数为12.271.
This paper first examines the shape and structure of Morinda citrifolia Linn.. And then, the paper explores the characteristics of germination of seeds and its biophysiology by investigating its environmental temperature, seeding bases, and physical process of seeds. The test results indicate that the characteristics of germination of Morinda citrifolia Linn. seeds are related to the seeds structure; High temperature can significantly improve the germination percentage of seeds, germination power, and germination index, and the temperature change under the high temperature conditions is more conducive to the seeds sprout. The most appropriate temperature is located from 28℃ to 35℃. The temperature 28℃ and 33℃ are the best germination temperature. The test results also indicate that although Morinda Citrifolia Linn. seed itself has some kinds of special substance which inhibit to sprout , some substances in the soil may break this inhibitory state. It may induce it to sprout. The research discovers that the planting-substrate with good ventilation conditions and water-retaining is conducive to the seeds sprout. Morinda citrifolia Linn. seeds planted in river sand and turve substrate can get maximum germination rates and can reach 77.0%. It can get maximum germination power and germination in- dex, respectively is 63.5% and 12. 532. Morinda citrifolia Linn. seeds treated in hot water can get maximum germination rates and germination power, respectively reached 74.0% and 62.5%, corresponding germination index for 12.271.
